The Company :

• An expanding engineering consulting and construction management services company with 100 staff in Hong Kong office
• We are looking for Engineer – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Responsible for HVAC / Electrical / Building Services system design, calculations, reports, specifications, authority submission, etc.
• Attend design meetings, site meetings / inspections and all other meetings of relevant projects
• Co-ordinate and liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers for execution of the building services work
• Monitor the work schedule, progress and quality control of the projects
• Degree holder in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 4+ years experience in design of HVAC / Electrical / Building Services system
• Experience from consultancy firm is highly preferred
• Familiar with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to utilities and relevant authorities
• Knowledge in Autodesk Revit will be an advantage
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
