Our L&D Manager position is part of a large L&D team where you will be responsible for thought leadership, team building events, ad hoc training needs ...etc

Our client is a listed mixed industry group with strong presence across Hong Kong and China.

Description

You will be part of a sizable L&D function and lead a small team of L&D specialists responsible for non-regular need based training needs from key stakeholders and function heads, team building initiatives and thought leadership programs in order to drive new way of working and process improvement. You will work closely with the business to identify their talent gaps and business needs, and lead the L&D team to design, develop, facilitate and implement programs to support the required change & transformation. You will set measures to assess the program's effectiveness and refine the program according to the stakeholder and attendee's feedback. In addition to the L&D talents from the HR field , we are also open to candidates with other professional expertise such as engineering, technical or other front line operations background who drive training for their company.

Profile

Degree holder with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience , preferably from sizable multinationals ,corporate companies or consultancies with a track record in driving L&D concept, instruction design and new training programs for their previous firms. You will have experience working directly with the key stakeholders and addressed business needs through L&D solutions such as programs involving new ways of working, thought leadership, open mindset, team building...etc. The right candidate will be a team player who has passion in L&D and expertise in driving process improvement, as well as organizaton change & transformation. You will possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, influencing, critical thinking, analysis and problem solving skills. A good level of English and Chinese language skills is essential.
