Take lead of a small QS team and in charge of contract administration and commercial aspects of assigned projects.

Description

• Preparation of project cost plans/budgets for the proposed works including feasibility, concept, schematic, detailed design, etc.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly project reports including monthly changes and forward looking projections of final cost and value.
• Prepare and review tender / work procedures
• Oversee the preparation of monthly project reports including monthly changes and forward looking projections of final cost and value.
• Prepare and review tender / work procedures
• Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.
• Preparing and analysing costing for tenders.
• Contracts administration on all projects.
• Providing advice on contractual dispute or claims.

Profile

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Member of HKIS/RICS or equivalent would be an advantage;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Effective management of risks and opportunities ;
• Strong commercial sense, independent working, dynamic thinking;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
