Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies that align with our brand identity, customer preferences, and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buyers, category managers, and marketing, to ensure optimal product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product optimization, category management, and visual merchandising
  • Oversee the allocation of inventory across various retail channels, ensuring efficient stock management and timely replenishment
  • Partner with our retail partners to create engaging in-store and online product displays that showcase our toys in the most appealing and impactful manner
  • Lead the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and special merchandising events
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior merchandising team members, fostering their professional growth and development

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Merchandiser
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance customer experiences
  • Proficient in interpreting and leveraging sales data, market insights, and consumer behaviour to optimize product assortment and visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel to retail locations and collaborate with our partners as needed
