Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying prospects and strategic business development with potential hiring managers.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand their business, define their staffing needs, and develop a recruitment plan.
  • End-to-end recruitment process from candidate searching, job ad posting, CV screening and shortlisting, interview arrangement and offer making.
  • Developing creative solutions and recruiting initiatives for key clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Relevant recruitment experience either in-house or in recruitment firm.
  • Creativity in strategic planning and a strong sense of building business partnerships with potential clients and talented candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using social media like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook to identify and engage talents.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Salary will be on a commission-sharing basis (40%–60% depending on experience) for all closures made by them.
