Job description

Responsibilities:

• Execute a wide range of financial tasks, with an emphasis on reconciling accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all accounting and finance reporting deadlines are met.
• Evaluate financial transactions and coordinate with claims, underwriting, and operations teams.
• Assist in implementing finance projects for the new accounting system.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for enhancements in finance and business operations systems.
• Communicate with auditors, government agencies, and other external organizations as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks and duties as assigned by the manager.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in financial operations, particularly in the insurance field
• Familiarity with insurance accounting practices; Oracle experience is beneficial
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
