Job description

Responsibilities:

• Implement HR system requirements set by the higher-level management and assist in the establishment of the company's HR management system, including planning and organizing workflows in various areas.
• Manage comprehensive recruitment and selection processes, including talent screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle compensation and performance management, including designing, reviewing, and distributing monthly salary and annual performance bonus allocation schemes.
• Continuously analyze and provide feedback on performance evaluation data, guide and support talent development and succession planning.
• Foster a positive and harmonious work environment through employee relations, problem-solving, and facilitating open communication.
• Collect and consolidate HR-related information and data, and prepare various performance analysis reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and other relevant laws, while maintaining accurate employee records.
• Collaborate with management to identify and implement HR policies that promote employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or other business-related disciplines.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the financial services or asset management industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's employment regulations and other HR-related laws, with experience in handling employment-related matters.
• Demonstrable track record in comprehensive recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships at all levels within the company.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
