Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Support C-suite members in effectively and efficiently executing the management agenda, both internally and externally, including issue resolution and communication.
• Conduct fact-based analysis to generate relevant hypotheses for discussions and provide strategic options for consideration by senior management regarding the bank's strategy, corporate development, and business performance improvement.
• Prepare strategy papers and reports to articulate the strategic plan, strategic analysis, and business performance, facilitating decision-making, ensuring alignment across the bank, and seeking approval.
• Collaborate with business units and functions to develop strategic initiatives, oversee implementation, monitor performance, and assist in issue resolution.
• Serve as trusted advisors to working partners, offering credible challenges on all matters related to strategy, corporate development

Job Requirements:

• Cantonese is MANADATORY
• Over 8 years of financial services or strategy consulting experience; hands-on experience in CEO Office a plus
• Knowledge and exposure to Mainland China and GBA business is ideal
• Good knowledge of wealth management, digital and innovation (incl FinTech), strategic partnerships etc
