We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer MTY – Self Service Terminals (SST).
Principal Responsibilities
- To perform ATM Seed Key Assignment during New Self Service Terminals (SSTs) Set-up / Machine Corruption and control SST programme disk, duplicate ATM safe combination of branches and Express Banking
- To monitor vendor performance ensuring cash replenishment and machine maintenance under dual control adhering to standard operating procedures
- To monitor machine usage, handle machine failures and manage machines with repeated and major problems
- To monitor outsourced agents’ replenishment schedule, liaise with SST, GZC and other departments for managing SST problem, outsourced service level
- To manage customer feedbacks, pacify difficult customers tactfully and patiently and continue improving the current services
- Check and reconcile account balances of GL accounts and prepare Cadency sign off
- To prepare MI, monthly statistics and plan / compile roster
- Review and revise working procedures, strengthen security measures and ensure strict policies adherence to guidelines
Requirements - Experience/Knowledge on SSTs operation
- Good communication and interpersonal skill with outsourced vendor
- Excellent communication in a team environment
- Strong command of both written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
- Structured, systematic, independent working style
- Flexibility in working different shifts when required
- Available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary
- Available to outdoor working and work independent
