Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the operation team (night shifts) and ensure the following tasks:
  • Ensure that safety plans and procedures are up to date and adhered to by company staff and contractors.
  • Regular service review with landlords, contractors & vendor management meeting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and regulations, with high level of quality.
  • Oversee and manage the daily posting, maintenance, and cleaning works.
  • Ensure timely operational and safety submissions and approval for all required tasks.
  • Ensure all interior and exterior advertising formats are maintained in safe and good condition.
  • Manage all related resources and monitor performance: staff, vehicles, equipment & tools.
  • Close cooperation with and support to other company departments.
  • Proactively investigate any incident and manage the necessary corrective measures with the relevant parties.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in safety, mechanical engineering or operation/ railway operations related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years working experience in operations or construction industry with effective management and/or supervision role.
  • Familiar with Labour Department requirements for site works.
  • Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
  • Experience and health&safety-related qualifications are preferred.
  • Manpower deployment experience is highly preferred.
  • Presentable, Sense of responsibility, organized with good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Work during irregular hours and holiday may be necessary.
