Sino Estates Management Limited (PMC Licence Number: C-293356) is an award-winning property management service provider. We provide a one-stop shop for professional management services, covering the full range of estate management, maintenance, environmental protection and clubhouse management.
We are seeking an experienced ERP Officer to join our accounting team. As an ERP Officer, you will be responsible for planning and designing new ERP workflow and providing support for ERP system, so that accurate forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting can be generated, which lead to sound management decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, co-ordinate and oversees implementation of ERP system
- Daily support of ERP system
- Provide ERP system technical leadership
- For new user requirements, develop requirements and goals for ERP solution
- Provide ERP training to accounting staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in financial management
- Ability to create financial reports, budgets and forecasting models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in using ERP system
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work well with others and guide a team.
- Good communication in both spoken and written English
- Well versed with internal accounting policies and procedures
