About our Client

Our client is a listed company, they are currently looking for an Administration Manager to join and lead the team.

About the Role

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and manage the administrative team with more than 10 person.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee facility management works for company properties.
  • Manage and control budgets, CAPEX, expenses, and resource allocation on a yearly basis.
  • Monitor vendor & contract management including sourcing, tender process & quality control.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Support on HR events preparation and logistics.
  • Assist in any related project if required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • With minimum 10 years of office admin experience in sizeable company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
