Job description

Hutchison Property Group Limited, a member of CK Asset Group, develops quality residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas. Our portfolio includes some of Hong Kong's largest private development projects and a number of landmark developments in Mainland China.

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• 6-8 years’ relevant experience in the sales and marketing of UK properties
• To assist in developing pricing strategies, monitoring and reviewing the pricing regularly
• To assist in formulating, organizing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• To execute marketing campaigns and develop new markets / sales channels
• To manage market research, forecast and analysis and keep abreast with the market trends for the UK developments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
