• We are looking for Factory Manager / General Manager (station China) - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Responsible for overall management of one woven garment factory in China Shandong (1500 workers)
• Identify, implement and monitor short and long term strategic & production plans
• Plan, implement and monitor work flows, production systems and processes in a sizeable factory operation
• Monitor production plan, productivity, quality and on time delivery
• Monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective cost and quality control
• Liaise with various departments to meet the company's goal and targets
• 8+ years woven garment factory management or production management, of which 3+ years in running factories of over 800 workers
• Strong in production and operations management
• Knowledgeable in machineries
• Familiar with social compliance
• Proficient of Mandarin & English
• Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word processing
• Station in China factory
• Accommodation provided
