About our Client
Our client is a listed company, they are currently looking for an Administration Manager to join and lead the team.
About the Role
- Oversee daily administrative operations and manage the administrative team with more than 10 person.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee facility management works for company properties.
- Manage and control budgets, CAPEX, expenses, and resource allocation on a yearly basis.
- Monitor vendor & contract management including sourcing, tender process & quality control.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support on HR events preparation and logistics.
- Assist in any related project if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- With minimum 10 years of office admin experience in sizeable company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
