Job description

What they're looking for:

• A degree in HR, Business Admin or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in HR operations ideally
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment e.g startup/crypto/tech environments.
• Familiarity with using HR systems (BambooHR, Workday or similar platforms) with hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and administration.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Excellent English communication skills (international environment)
