About the company

Our client is a well-established online marketplace APP. They are one of the market leaders in Greater China and keep expanding the business. They have developed a comprehensive and reliable platform for both buyers and seller to secure the transaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to analyze user needs and understand competitive and industry trends for product development
• Identify pain points and propose innovative product and commercialization solutions
• Refine product features, user experience and journey by understanding the market and user behaviour
• Liaise with R&D team on APP optimization strategies and iteration planning
• Oversee product feature acceptance and monitor online performance, ensuring that design and localization meet business needs
• Support the R&D team in liaising with vendors to ensure smooth implementation of product features

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Information System, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of solid experience in digital or APP products, particularly in e-commerce, marketplaces, ticketing or O2O operations across entertainment, travel, lifestyle, or consumer products
• Knowledge of local and overseas user behaviours and app interaction, along with strong market analysis skills.
• Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Energetic, passionate, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-department collaboration
