Job Description- Work directly with end users to understand the needs of the business.

  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
  • Assess and propose potential solutions for feasibility both financially and technologically and present findings in a report.
  • Liaise and work seamlessly with development, programming and testing teams to generate solutions.
  • Conduct testing, reviewing, and analyzing IT systems to identify areas of potential improvement or modification.
  • Assist project manager to oversee the whole project development cycle. Create and present reports to team members and stakeholders to support recommendations.
  • Work with end users to guide them through the process of new systems, providing training where necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with both external clients and internal clients on the status of systems and potential developments.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments, new systems, trending solutions etc.

Job Requirement- Degree holder or above.

  • 1 year or above relevant experience in the settlement of securities and fixed income products.
  • Ambitious in Change Management, eager to explore and grow in a fast-growing business.
  • Knowledge in settlement and delivery process of investment products, global securities markets and SWIFT message format.
  • Candidates with PMP qualifications will be an advantage.
  • Good team player, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
