Job description

Responsibilities:- Monitor and provide professional HR support and advice in the areas of manpower planning, budgeting, talent management, succession planning, performance management, training and development and other HR matters

  • Supervise, coordinate and facilitate volunteer and recreational activities as well as Award Event to enhance staff relations
  • Manage and overview office facility, computer equipment and renovation projects
  • Oversee office administration team to ensure smooth operation for the departments
  • Furnish holistic yearly plan, summary and recommendation according to requirements or on proposed work tasks
  • Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:- Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines

  • Minimum 6 years' work experience in Banking, of which 5 years in managerial role of Human Resources Management or Administrative Management
  • Great sense of ownership, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
  • Strong leadership and execution capability.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
