About the Role
To compile and prepare agency related reports so as to maintain, improve and deliver accurate, high quality information for agency management.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate data insights to collaborators.
- Support department administration and operation, agency engagement and communication efficiency by agency process optimization
- Develop and maintain automated scripts or apply Power Platform tools to streamline the process of identifying, collecting, executing, and distributing data requirements.
- Work with various agent business units to analyze complex data sets, identifying trends and insights to support agent and business growth.
- Provide on-site event support if needed, prepare post-event reports, analyze event efficiency, and document lessons learned
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or relevant quantitative field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a business environment
Specific Skills- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Office Script) and/or automation tools (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work optimally with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
