As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Deputy Project Manager (Building Services) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong
  • Monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget
  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal/external parties with regard to the project progress
  • Tackle problems encountered and provide solutions to improve the project development efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of project management experience in overseeing large-scale development projects from inception to completion
  • Experience in high-end residential/ commercial projects preferred
  • Conversant with local government regulations
  • Self-motivated and a team player with good leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
