Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of professional experience in an administrative / EA position
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and the ability to prioritise work duties
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of personal & professional integrity, trust worthy, a team player with a good attitude towards work and colleagues but can work independently
  • Hard working and responsible
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and good communicating level in English
  • Fund house administrative assistance experience is desirable

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and handle general matters, working directly with the CIO
  • Oversee general office functions covering workplace access control, procurement of office supplies, housekeeping, telecommunications, office equipment, facilities management
  • Organise and schedule appointments for team
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports for the team
  • Act as the administrative point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties such as data entry and maintain records for the company
  • Handle ad hoc duties assigned by CIO & COO
