Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in an administrative / EA position
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and the ability to prioritise work duties
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of personal & professional integrity, trust worthy, a team player with a good attitude towards work and colleagues but can work independently
- Hard working and responsible
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and good communicating level in English
- Fund house administrative assistance experience is desirable
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and handle general matters, working directly with the CIO
- Oversee general office functions covering workplace access control, procurement of office supplies, housekeeping, telecommunications, office equipment, facilities management
- Organise and schedule appointments for team
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports for the team
- Act as the administrative point of contact for internal and external clients
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Perform administrative and clerical duties such as data entry and maintain records for the company
- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by CIO & COO
