Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of on-site team, well coordinate between Helpdesk call centre and the end-user client.
  • Handle complaints and escalate to Service Delivery Manager if necessary.
  • Review and streamline service delivery processes to be effective along the service supply chain.
  • Coach and motivate on-site staff to perform tasks, based on operational manual, procedure, and client’s company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years in IT operation experience of similar scale and nature.
  • Certification in ITIL is a must and Certification in Information Technology services is preferred.
  • Well trained in customer relationship area.
  • Good command in both English and Chinese.
