We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences:
Associate Professor / Assistant Professor (Physiotherapy) (N&HS) (Ref.: 24001XC)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Dean of School of Nursing and Health Sciences, the appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Providing support in the development and administration of the Physiotherapy programme;
- Undertaking course planning, development, coordination and delivery (including teaching);
- Undertaking/engaging scholarly activities and research; and
- Participating in School/University activities and services.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- An earned doctorate in Physiotherapy or a related discipline;
- Relevant practical and teaching experience in the profession;
- Experience in programme and course administration in the field of Physiotherapy or a related area;
- Track record in relevant research areas where appropriate, and
- A good command of English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
The level of appointment depends on the candidate’s academic background, experience and competence in academic leadership, teaching, research, scholarly publications, etc.
