JPC Texson Ltd, established since 1990, is a Hong Kong and China licensed Employment Consulting firm, specializes in Headhunting and Recruiting Services for companies in Hong Kong and China. We have offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.

The Company :

• We are an associate organization of a HK listed company
• We are looking for 編輯助理 – with details as follows :

The Job :

• 會務管理：負責安排和協調日常會議事務，包括撰寫邀請函、會議記錄及後續跟進，確保會議的高效運行。
• 商會活動策劃：主導商會活動的策劃與執行，包括撰寫和發布社團公眾號的內容、文章、講話稿、活動報告、公文及會議議程，提升社團的公眾形象及影響力。
• 外訪協調：安排商會的外訪事宜及外賓的接待，確保所有活動順利進行，並增強與外部機構的合作關係。
• 對外聯絡：與香港及內地的合作機構保持良好的溝通，負責對內對外的聯絡工作，促進合作與交流。
• 學歷要求：大學或以上學歷，語言、新聞、翻譯或相關科系為佳，具備良好的語言表達能力。
• **工作經驗：**3年相關工作經驗。
• 專業技能：具備公文及講話稿編輯的相關經驗，能獨立撰寫和編輯高質量的文字資料。
• 語言能力：中文寫作能力扎實，流利普通話和廣東話。
• Degree; 5+ year Chinese writing especially for Mainland official documents, speeches, invitation letters and public account content.
• Experience in official Chinese newspapers in a plus
• 5 days work
