Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage user inquiries and requests related to the HRIS system, providing timely and effective support
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations and address any system-related issues
  • Support the implementation of SAP enhancements related to recruitment and payroll functions
  • Conduct regular maintenance of the SAP system to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to provide HRIS support and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HRIS systems
  • Proven experience with SAP is preferred; familiarity with other HRIS systems will be considered
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Regional experience in the APAC market is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Immediate availability is preferable
