Client Details

My client is a reputable financial services firm and currently expanding their IT & Digital team. They are looking for a candidate who would be able to offer support in administrative work on preparing business proposal / reports / presentation.

Description

• Provide administrative support, including document management, meeting notes and meeting coordination
• Provide support in the preparation of business proposals and analysis reports for the IT team
• Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and other supplementary documents
• Conduct research, gather data, and synthesise information to support the senior stakeholder's decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Profile

• Degree in Business, information technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / administrative support / project executive, preferably in a financial services industry / technology firm / professional services environment
• Strong written skills in English and good common of spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
