As part of a dynamic, energetic team, you will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, HR policy development, and employee engagement initiatives. Description
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and orientation
- Utilize social media, job boards, and community partnerships to enhance recruitment efforts and broaden the candidate pool
- Design and implement effective incentives and bonus schemes aimed at motivating front-line staff to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, gathering feedback from employees and management to make data-driven adjustments
- Calculate and process monthly payroll, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with the group's strategic goals and changing business needs
- Maintain the company's HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data and records
- Process employee claims and requests, such as for reimbursements and leave
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, high-performance culture
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience and 4 years experiences as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer industry
- Proven track record in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration
- Thorough understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing practical solutions
- Proficient in the use of HRIS and other HR-related software
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages preferred
