A management position responsible to provide efficient overall daily support and continuous improvement for the facilities services with vendors.

Client Details

Our client is a well known property developer.

Description

• Responsible for leasing & take lead of the property team to drive the maintenance perspective
• Coordinate with facilities management team to provide remedial action for critical situation and effectively to ensure that the business operations are not affected
• Review the current Operation Procedure and service level agreement, including the emergency procedures to ensure services delivered are operated efficiently accordingly
• Liaise with external & internal stakeholders closely
• Prepare annual budgets and to ensure expenses are maintained within budgets.

Profile

• Degree in Real estate discipline, preferably from Property Management, Surveying or Facilities Management
• Minimum 5 year's facilities management & leasing experience
• Strong interpersonal, management and customer service skills
• A good team player
