A key position to lead a office renovation (fitting out) project . Candidate need to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of the renovation within budget and on schedule.

Description

  • Create a detailed project plan, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all project requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and remain within approved limits.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to optimize project expenses.
  • Select and oversee contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality work according to project specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any issues promptly.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office project management
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Offer
