Description
- Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for NPI projects
- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure all project milestones are met
- Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing effective contingency plans
- Overseeing design verification testing, DfX analysis, and production readiness reviews
- Tracking project KPIs and providing regular status updates to stakeholders
- Continuously improving NPI processes and best practices to drive efficiencies
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience as a NPI Project Manager or similar role in consumer electronics or high-tech manufacturing
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional NPI projects from concept to production
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of new product development methodologies, DfX principles, manufacturing processes, Six Sigma, Testing Plan, FMEA
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
