As a Senior Service Engineer specialising in Building Services and ELV systems, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising ELV systems within diverse building environments. Description

• Manage the maintenance, repair, and upgrades of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify areas for enhancement and optimisation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in ELV systems to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new ELV installations and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for ELV systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior service engineers and technicians.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in servicing and maintaining ELV systems in building services.
• Proficiency in security, communication, and automation systems operating on low voltages.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications in ELV systems maintenance and security standards are advantageous.
