We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Digital Services team following continuous growth and success. Description

• System administration and operations on Windows Server and Linux

• system & data backup and restoration

• system monitoring and performance tuning

• security audits and monitoring

• technical problem analysis & troubleshooting

• system patch review and installation

• Daily operations for in-house developed applications (e.g. level-1 support and user account management)

• System and technical documentation

• Emergency support and system maintenance during non-office hours

Profile

• Be familiar with operating and maintaining both Microsoft Windows Server and RedHat Linux
• Generate and maintain support logs detailing patching status, 3rd party dependencies, root-cause-analysis outcomes
• Build and maintain server support and monitoring technologies such as Grafana
• Experience working with other industry partners, and technical and non-technical customers
• Generate and maintain detailed documentation
• Understanding of server-side certificates, Kerberos/Keycloak, MS Active Directory, and such authentication
• Familiarity with the core technologies used on-site, namely ElasticSearch, NiFi, Kibana, MS SQL server (Desirable)
