INSTITUTIONAL PLANNING AND ANALYTICS OFFICE

Senior Manager (Reputation Management) (Ref. 240912008-IE)

Duties

The appointee will be required to:

(a) serve as secretary for a working group on University’s reputation management;

(b) coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the recommendations formulated by the working group;

(c) prepare proposals and progress reports for the working group;

(d) coordinate and manage the implementation of the scholar relationship management platform; and

(e) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or her delegates.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

(a) have a recognised degree, preferably in a field related to Marketing, Public Relations or Communications;

(b) have at least eight years of solid experience at supervisory level in branding, marketing, public relations or relationship management;

(c) possess an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

(d) be proactive, independent and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and

(e) have good communication and interpersonal skills with high self-motivation.

Preference will be given to those with solid experience in higher education institutions. Knowledge of customer relationship management system will be an advantage.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Conditions of Service

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
