Key Responsibilities :
- Provide personal and Business support to the Director
- Assist with office management responsibilities and coordination between departments
- HR and office administration matters support, asst to organize staff activities and company events such as Annual Dinner & activities etc.
- Undertaking other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the marketing team if necessary.
- Candidates who have marketing experience will be preferable
Requirements :
- Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Executive Assistant / Secretary or related subject
- Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multi tasks effectively and efficiently
- Proficient in MS office, Power Point and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
