Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring the implementation progress of the new application system, coordinating with various BU stakeholders and system consultants;
  • Conduct end-to-end procurement processes, including tenders, RFQs, contract renewals, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders for the Association’s central procurement;
  • Perform market research to understand the supplier market, including IT solutions, product/service alternatives, and market trends;
  • Guide and supervise team members to ensure their tasks align with company policies;
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and open communication;
  • Ensure integrity and ethics are maintained throughout the procurement process.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in supply management or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks;
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications;
  • Familiarity with ORACLE EBS or Netsuite system is preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
