As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Property Development Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle various land administration and asset management tasks
  • Handle 545 application and relevant follow up works
  • Conduct market research for residential/ industrial/ commercial property acquisitions
  • Analyze real estate market information & relevant property data, etc.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing acquisition and disposal strategies
  • Handle valuations of different property types for various purposes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Surveying, Real Estate Finance, Property Valuation, or related disciplines
  • 6 years’ post-qualification experience in HKIS/RICS or relevant professional membership preferably in General Practice Division
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in property research, with a focus on industrial, commercial, or real estate sectors being advantageous
  • Strong financial modeling skills and business acumen
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Development Manager
