Job description

Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing activities and leasing negotiation
• Formulate marketing strategies and prepare marketing collateral for leasing activities
• Conduct market research and analysis for commercial properties
• Build and maintain good relationship with clients and property agents
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably with a property developer
