Group Procurement manages product & service contracts, sets out procurement policies & operating procedures across different business units of Sino Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement process and contract management within the Group, including communication with internal departments/ companies in respect of centralized bulk purchasing items and preparation of product specifications, quotation/tender documents, tender reports and contract documents. He/ she will assist in sample evaluation, tender analysis and price negotiations, keeping track and monitoring suppliers' performance as well as consolidating purchasing data for analyses and reports periodically. He/she will also work on the procurement transformation project and new strategic project assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in corporate/group procurement
  • Experience in using finance and procurement system will definitely be an advantage
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • With sense of urgency, meticulous, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered the position of Officer (Group Procurement)
