We are a rapidly expanding F&B organization based in Hong Kong, and by 2024, we will have over 20 stores. Besides Hong Kong, we have opened our first store in Thailand this year and plan to enter the mainland market by the end of 2024! Job title: Procurement Manager

Reporting to: Executive Chef

Location: Head office, Causeway Bay

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with Executive Chef on new menu items and forecast usage.
  • Analyse costs associated with the supply chain and identified areas for savings, optimize processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor stock levels of raw materials to ensure stable supply.
  • Price negotiates with suppliers, order processing, and tracking to ensure accurate order data and facilitate accounting.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Adjust supply chain strategies based on seasonal trends and promotions.
  • Work closely with marketing to align promotions with supply capabilities.
  • Key person in maintaining and improve product costings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they have the necessary information.
  • Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions (e.g., ingredient shortages, delivery delays).
  • Identify alternative suppliers and logistics options.
  • Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports for management review.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.

You will be a Right Fit for the role if you are:

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
