POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Responsible for growing and maintaining Corporate business, identifying new corporate business potential
  • Generating Corporate business to maximize Corporate revenue, profits and market share
  • Focused on creating and sustaining relationships with key Corporate partners including but not limited to domestic and international corporate clients
  • Play a key role in action plan development and implementation and will be responsible of all Corporate RFPs, new account prospecting, rate loading, competitors set analysis, providing visibility and exposure for the hotel
  • Management of the relationship with preferred partners including penetration of account to uncover corporate influencers, management of the company, entertainment, and procurement /travel manager relationships
  • Actively participates in business review
  • Manage Corporate partners, inventory, blocks, and rates
  • Travel, entertain and attend trade shows to increase visibility in the market and drive revenues
  • Analyze all industry trends, key competitors and customer behavior to alter strategies based on changes and consumer behaviors

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must be a quick learner and adapt to a dynamic, fluid working environment
  • Must be extremely detailed oriented and have a high degree of problem-solving abilities
  • 3 years previous experience in luxury market, hotel sales, event mgmt. or hotel operations
  • Strong communication skills, utilizing English, Cantonese and Mandarin both oral and written form
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Must be able to work with others, communicate well, give direction, review the work of others, and provide guidance and counsel when needed to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Willing to work on developing and managing key relationships across the organization and within clientele
  • Technical comprehension of applications pertaining to Sales, distribution, and revenue systems
  • Experience developing and implementing effective plans to maximize rooms revenue
  • Identifies business requirements and collaborates with partners
