Job Responsibilities

  1. Participate in the business strategic planning, convert to Financial models and give financial insight;
  2. Monitor the business performance and progress, give detail analysis to the result and suggestion to optimize;
  3. Provide comptrollership function in order to ensure finances are managed according to legislation, policies and procedures and accounting policies;
  4. Work closely with HQ Finance team to set and optimize the Finance policies and procedures;
  5. Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Accounting or related disciplines is required
  • Qualified accountant with HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
  • 5 years relevant experience in construction business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
  • Proficiency in Software application
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Experienced in Chinese companies would be an advantage
