Job description

Hon Kwok Land Investment and its subsidiary Bauhinia Hotel Group are seeking a Marketing and Communications Executive to support the company in internal and external activities and digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for all logistics for internal and external events

· Support production and development of branding/ marketing campaigns and initiatives, such as artwork design, events and publications

· Work closely with stakeholders in producing corporate materials, including but not limited to post-event recording, drafting, and proofreading marketing content and leadership communications, etc.

· Maintain and update the company website and online platforms

· Design engaging multi-media materials such as social media graphics, flyers, GIF and short videos, etc.

· Communicate with internal departments and external parties, ensure smooth execution and a high level of quality in all marketing activities

· Assist with ESG initiatives and CSR activities

· Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Professional Skills and Qualifications

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management is preferred.

· 4+ years of experience in PR/ event management and digital marketing, experience in a listed company, real estate, or a related field is a plus.

· Hands-on experience in Photoshop and other online channels (e.g. website, social media, SEO, etc.). Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia editing software is preferred.

· Detailed-oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Occasional travel is required.

· Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive – Marketing and Communications.
