Client Details

Our client is a sizeable conglomerate with long history in Hong Kong

Description

  • Handle the daily finance operations including managing month end closing process, budgeting, preparing financial reporting deliverable, leading the management analysis and facilitating year end audit
  • Liaise with external advisors and coordinate with internal business partners for corporate tax compliance, preparation of transfer pricing documentations and BEPS reporting of the Group
  • Responsible for tax reporting matters, such as tax computations and relevant tax compliance reporting of group companies to tax bureau
  • Provide tax research, and updates to management and evaluate impact on group companies of latest changes in international and domestic tax laws
  • Act as business partner and work closely with functions departments in headquarter and Business units
  • Other ad-hoc assignments / projects as requested

Profile

  • Degree holder and Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in audit and tax
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong accounting and tax rules and international tax regulations with business acumen
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
