Job description

Responsibilities:

• Analyse competitive landscape to identify opportunities for card related products/services
• Participate and implement projects for innovative products/services, ensure adherence to project schedules and quality deliverables by performing and verifying user acceptance tests and production tests
• Develop and monitor data-driven analytics to measure and optimize product performance
• Communicate product vision, roadmaps, and metrics to key stakeholders and provide recommendations and implement improvement of operation to enhance the work efficiency
• Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in banking industry with at least 3 years in card.
• University degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline preferable
• Familiar with card product business and relevant operation procedures; hands on experience in project management and card authorisation is an advantage.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong senses of risk control and management
• Excellent command in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
