Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• assist in compliance testing, assessments and reviews in accordance to compliance policy and compliance monitoring programmes, help to identify actions for improvement and ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of remedial actions taken
• support and perform regulatory self- assessments, inspections and investigations
• handle queries from internal and external auditors and from group bank
• perform gap analysis on key regulatory changes
• help maintain proper record keeping and provide administative support on legal and compliance matters
• assist with ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary

Key Skills

• bachelor degree
• 2 years of audit experience with banking clients or compliance assurance experience from banks
• good understanding of HKMA regulations
• good spoken and written English, ability to speak in Cantonese or Mandarin will be advantageous
• strong accountability mindset, willing to learn and proactive
• detail oriented and organized
