Senior HR Manager / HR Manager | HK Talent Engage

Job description
- Responsible for talent recruitment process from candidates sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interview, to on-boarding process etc
- Explore and manage all potential recruitment channels, e.g. online job posting, social media, and other active searching channels
- Assist to handle other HR functions including but not limited to compensation & benefits, leave and attendance management
- Assist and support the implementation & execution of HR policies and procedures
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Holder or HK Government Labour Law certificate holder with at least 5 years human resources experience in recruitment
- Experience in SFC type 1,4 & 9 and financial/ banking industry is an advantage
- Team player, good time management and great communication skills
- Flexible, responsible, diligent, well-organized and positive work attitude
