Vice President / Assistant Vice President, Treasury

Responsibilities

  • Supervise subordinates to carry out daily cash-flow management of key operating entities of the Group; plan and arrange bank loan drawdown / repayment according to projected funding needs of the Group
  • Supervise subordinates to carry out daily client’s money reconciliation of licensed corporations of the Group
  • Assist Head of Treasury to manage the liquidity risk and closely monitor relevant ratios / limits; submit periodic reports to head office system
  • Assist Head of Treasury to maintain current banking relationship by properly utilizing credit facilities and allocating deposits
  • Manage the client’s money pools of each licensed corporation of the Group to optimize the interest income
  • Execute ad hoc tasks assigned / delegated by Head of Treasury from time to time

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years' working experience in banking or financial services industry; with at least 3 years in managerial level
  • With relevant experience on cash and liquidity risk management
  • Knowledge in Treasury, Finance and Compliance in financial industry as well as general banking practice and SFC Client Money Rules
  • Good problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Active learner, a team player and collaborator
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office applications and Bloomberg terminal
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Vice President, Treasury.
