Job Description:

  1. Manage and oversee the custody operation including settlement and clearing, corporate actions, FX cash management and reporting.
  2. Ensure that all services delivered are complying with current legislative and regulatory requirements and the Bank's operational risk guidelines.
  3. Evaluate and propose solutions on client requirements from operation and system perspectives.
  4. Drive operational changes and system enhancements to meet the changing need of the business.
  5. Ensure that all services delivered are complying with current legislative and regulatory requirements and the Bank's operational risk guidelines.
  6. Participate in UAT tests and other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor Degree Holder or above.
  2. 3-5 years of experience with custody business.
  3. Overall understanding and knowledge about carious markets and investment instruments (eg. Equities, fixed incomes etc.) as well as their related operating modes, clearing and settlement procedures, law and regulations, commonly-used SWIFT formats etc.
  4. Familiar with different markets and operating requirements etc.
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills to work with the team.
  6. Independent in thinking, arranging work and dealing with business partners or service providers; flexible and client-oriented in rendering client-fronting services.
  7. Meticulous with details; diligent and efficient in follow-through.
  8. Able to work effectively under pressure arisen from workload and time constraints.
  9. Sensitive about international market developments and industry initiatives.
