Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire process of real estate investment projects, including fundraising, project development, screening, evaluation, project initiation, research, transaction structuring, negotiation, signing, and post-investment management.
• Conduct asset management for overseas funds and co-investment real estate projects, including regular performance tracking, attribution analysis, and internal reporting.
• Identify and manage risks for investment targets and existing projects, providing risk mitigation measures, tracking services, and ensuring safe exit and completion of investment projects.
• Maintain close communication and interaction with external partners, management teams, real estate brokers, and research institutions to understand market trends and management strategies.
• Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and economic trends in Europe and America, providing timely support and recommendations for investment decisions.
• Participate in the optimization and adjustment of investment portfolios to ensure asset allocation aligns with the company's strategic goals.
• Monitor the performance of invested projects/funds to identify issues, provide early warnings, and manage potential risks.
• Conduct investment evaluation of Chinese real estate projects, with flexibility in specific tasks based on the candidate's investment-related experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, or related fields, with preference for candidates with academic or work experience in Europe or America.
• Over 6 or 8 years of experience in real estate funds, direct investment projects, or asset management.
• Excellent investment analysis and real estate evaluation skills, familiar with investment risks in the real estate industry.
• Preference for candidates holding CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualifications.
• Strong learning ability, proactive, resilient, able to handle pressure, with good organizational and coordination skills.
• Motivated, responsible, honest, and possessing excellent teamwork spirit.
